Our daily work ranges from the implementation of AI algorithms to the definition of cloud architecture, from the research of patterns in massive mount of raw data to the design of highly interactive experiences in data exploration.
We are a small team, nevertheless we face a variegated set of problems and use the latest available technology to solve them. We evaluate at most the ability to fit this context: being collaborative, responsible, self-taught and pragmatic are key traits for us.

Self-discipline. Everyone Nextbit team member is responsible for managing their assigned tasks according to deadlines negotiated with colleagues, clients, and partners. Self-discipline is fundamental to our identity, as we pride ourselves on being neither authoritarian nor highly hierarchical. In our organization, the actions and decisions of each member have equal impact.
Trust. Mutual trust is key to building and growing a collaborative network of teams, partners, and clients. This network is able to thrive when trust is maintained between members. The size of a collaborative network is directly proportional to the level of innovation and sophistication that it is able to achieve in the short and long term. For these reasons, we take any abuse of trust seriously.
Respect. Colleagues must respect each other’s choices, attitudes, and skills. We must come together to find solutions, and the sum of our skills are the key to solving difficult puzzles. A pleasant work environment is essential for creating an atmosphere where “everyone is useful but no one is indispensable.” At our company, team members learn from each other—true collaboration comes from listening.
Curiosity. When it comes to truly excelling at a task, curiosity is essential. At Nextbit, curiosity allows all of our team members to continually innovate and improve. Curiosity pushes all of us to grow as individuals and deal with any required sacrifices to improve one’s skills.
Self-education. Learning on your own is not easy. In an age when information is ubiquitous and readily available, being self-taught is a mark of one’s intellectual curiosity, and it allows individuals to adapt to new circumstances and produce quick results.
Resolve. The quality of resolve helps us reach our objects and turn our visions into concrete reality. A pragmatic approach to complex projects is a fundamental aspect of our job. When managing projects, we must balance multiple considerations, including time constraints, success metrics, computational performance, code usability and design aesthetics.
Determination. Our strong determination allows us to achieve our goals and realize our visions. Every new initiative is accompanied by risks. Correctly assessing risks and then working with determination to achieve our goals is a key element of our success. Over the years, we have learned that obstacles and difficulties, if properly addressed, are often temporary.
